Nokia Siemens Networks is in talks about buying Motorola’s telecom equipment arm for nearly $1.3 billion, according to reports. The Motorola unit, which mainly makes older-generation equipment for telecom networks, will give NSN access to offer its newer wares to customers as they upgrade.
