The telecoms industry is in the middle of a shift from “ego-systems” to “eco-systems” as it moves from a seven-billion subscriber business to a 50-billion device business, says Srinivasa Addepalli, senior vice president of corporate strategy at Tata Communications.
Addepalli was introducing the summit held by Global Telecoms Business for the GTB 40 under 40, the list of the 40 top leaders of the telecoms industry worldwide under the age of 40.
