South Korean operator SK Telecom’s internet services arm SK Broadband has entered a partnership with Taiwanese operator Chunghwa Telecom to bolster its international operations, according to Dow Jones. SK also intends to continue to increase its investments in these units, the company said.
SK Broadband said: “Through this partnership, we will extend the Internet route between Korea and Taiwan to improve the connection quality of Korean games and content in Taiwan.” Chunghwa said in a statement that the firms will look to explore new business opportunities. GTB
