Tele2 Estonia will buy Estonia’s broadband infrastructure and service supplier Televörgu for around $32 million on a cash and debt free basis.
The acquisition, which is subject to approval by competition authorities, will enable Tele2 Estonia to grow its presence among business clients.
Televörgu reported $9 million in ebitda and net sales of nearly $19 million in 2010. Tele2 will also have full access to its transmission network until the year 2025. GTB
