Franco Bernabè, the executive chairman of Telecom Italia, has confirmed that the company is ready to sell its entire Telecom Italia Media unit.
Bernabè told Reuters: "We decided to go ahead with the reorganisation because we want to maintain all options open. There is no prejudice on any combination of assets or on selling the company itself.”
According to the agency, Telecom Italia Media, which includes television frequencies in Italy and La7 channel, will put its media business into a new company. GTB
