Swedish operator considering sale of Norwegian broadband unit for up to $200m says local report

Swedish operator TeliaSonera is planning to sell Next Gentel, its Norwegian broadband business, according to local reports. The operator has issued an investment communication to the companies which are interested in buying this unit, reported Swedish business daily Dagens Industri citing unnamed people close to the development.
The sale could fetch Swedish operator between $143 million and $214 million, said the report. TeliaSonera declined to comment on this development. The company also runs mobile operations in Norway. GTB
