Deutsche Telekom denies sell-off plan

CFO Timotheus Höttges tells shareholders that Deutsche Telekom has no plans to sell units or exit joint ventures

Deutsche Telekom’s chief financial officer has confirmed that the company has no plans to sell its units or joint ventures, Reuters reported.
Deutsche Telekom’s chief financial officer Timotheus Höttges told the company’s shareholders: “We don’t have a list of units we want to sell. We want to be there when demand for mobile data increases. We want to participate in upgrading the network.”
Höttges also confirmed that there were no plans to quit its joint venture in the UK with France Telecom, Everything Everywhere, which analysts had speculated about. GTB
