Telefónica is planning
to list its subsidiary Telefónica Germany on the local bourse in the fourth
quarter of this year, reports Reuters.
Cesar Alierta, the
company chairman’s said during an analyst conference call: "We have
decided swift action including preparation for an IPO of Telefónica Germany in
the fourth quarter." GTB
