Global Telecoms Business has identified the 40 most exciting, dynamic and inspiring young executives in the telecoms industry, the people who will be meeting the challenges that face the telecoms companies -- operators and vendors -- over the next five to 10 years.

We have also conducted a survey of the 40 -- including their education, their management expertise, and their views on the industry's leading companies. See the results here.
