Ericsson has announced it will move the position of chief HR officer to Sweden as a result of the ‘heavy transformation’ work needed to attempt to get it back in shape

Ericsson has announced it will move the position of chief HR officer to Sweden as a result of the ‘heavy transformation’ work needed to attempt to get it back in shape. A temporary successor to Bina Chaurasia has been named.

The position of chief HR officer will move to Stockholm to be close to the CEO and the majority of the executive leadership. The role of chief human resources officer has been based in California since 2014.

Ericsson announced that Bina Chaurasia, based in California will resign from her role as senior vice president and chief HR officer on November 15, 2016. On that date her temporary successor, Maj-Britt Arfert will be appointed acting Chief HR Officer while the search for a successor is underway.
